As protective measures, LOIUDICE offers ONE YEAR GUARANTEE against possible defects in material and workmanship, with validity starting from delivery date printed on the transport document.

- It is convenient that goods are inspected immediately after delivery. In case of any damage, submit a claim to the transport company (which is insured against any damaging) at the place of arrival and, if possible, before the carrier leaves the warehouse. After having unpacked the goods, any clear damage has to be immediately transmitted to the manufacture company in a written form. Any hidden damage, instead, has to be stated to the producer not later than 8 days, starting from delivery of the goods.
- Should a defect emerge during the guarantee period, it is advisable to contact the producer’s Customer Assistance Service, producing the following information:
- DATE OF DELIVERY
- IDENTIFICATION CODE NUMBERS, printed on a fire retardant ticket which is situated on the bottom of each item.
- DIGITAL PICTURE showing the registered fault.
Failing all above information, the manufacture company is not in the position to offer any service assistance.
- Only the manufacture company can authorize the replacement or repairing of a piece after examining the above mentioned information. If in guarantee, LOIUDICE&D will repair any product without any charge. Any piece to be returned to the producer for local repairing, should be well packed, with legs removed from the sofa, in order to avoid further damage during the return transport. Otherwise, the driver can refuse to take any piece back.
- The GUARANTEE is limited to the value of the product. It does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or damage by a common carrier.
- Goods damaged for the above indicated causes or for defects of materials or workmanship registered after expiration of the guarantee period can usually (depending upon parts availability) be repaired subject to the customer’s payment and considering that:
- The delay in repairing depends on the period and on the supply of the parts to be repaired.
- Under no circumstance does this GUARANTEE cover damages to third parties or interests or claims beyond the value of the product.
- The producer company is expected to offer its service assistance only to its customers and not to their final, private buyers. Any written or verbal communication sent to the producer by private buyers will not be considered.
